Katz & Phillips, P.A., was founded by attorneys David Katz. Mr. Katz brings his own unique experience to the table when defending clients against DUI charges.  Before becoming a DUI defense lawyer, Attorney David Katz worked as an assistant state attorney, where he was responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in both Orange County and Seminole County.  Furthermore, Mr. Katz was also a former DUI/Intoxilyzer Specialist with the Seminole County State Attorney’s Office, which gave him unique training and experience with the Intoxilyzer 8000, which he now uses when defending his clients against DUI charges.
